How is a Financial Tombstone created?
A Financial Tombstone is created through a combination of design, craftsmanship, and material expertise. After the digital design and coordination with the client, production begins: cutting, printing, bonding, milling, and polishing are carried out with the highest precision and mostly by hand. Upon request, the finished object can be refined with additional print or engraving layers for color accents, depth effects, and lasting brilliance.
How long does it take to manufacture a tombstone?
Production time depends on design and complexity. Generally, it takes about two to four weeks after final layout approval. For complex custom-made products or international shipping projects, the manufacturing time can be individually coordinated. For urgent projects, we offer express production depending on the scope and material availability.
Can I provide my own layouts or design specifications?
Yes. We also work with predefined layouts, e.g., from Adobe Illustrator or PDF. All fonts are converted into paths, logos are integrated as vector data, and colors are precisely matched to the corporate design.
Can logos, fonts, or objects be embedded in acrylic?
Yes – this is one of our special specialties. During embedding, logos, texts, or small objects are placed inside the acrylic material, giving them a brilliant, spatial, and permanently protected effect. When integrating physical objects, a test embedding is recommended beforehand, as not every material is suitable for this process.
What information is required for the design?
To create a layout proposal, we generally require:
- ›The logo of your company and the participating partners.
- ›The official deal text (e.g., transaction description, date, parties involved).
- ›And, if applicable, color specifications or design wishes.
Can the design be customized?
Yes. Every tombstone is individually designed for your project. Layout, shape, colors, and materials are adapted to your corporate design and the character of the deal. Special shapes, embeddings, or engravings are also possible – we develop every object together with you as a tailor-made solution.
Can samples or prototypes be created?
Yes. On request, we produce digital 3D visualizations or physical samples to check the material effect and proportions in advance. A prototyping step is recommended, especially for complex custom-made products, to optimally coordinate the final result.
What material are the tombstones made of?
Our tombstones consist primarily of high-quality, clear acrylic glass, which impresses with its brilliant transparency and elegant appearance. Depending on the design concept, we combine this material with wood, aluminum, colored acrylic glass, or 3D-printed elements to achieve special structures, contrasts, and depth effects. Metal or glass elements can also be integrated.
Which printing techniques are used?
We use state-of-the-art UV digital printing and engraving processes to refine our tombstones and awards. UV-cured digital printing enables razor-sharp details and brilliant colors. With laser engravings, fine lines, lettering, or structures can be permanently incorporated into the surface. For objects made of crystal glass, we also use 3D laser sub-surface engraving.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We manufacture both individual pieces and serial productions. Every project is planned and produced individually.
How are the tombstones delivered?
Each tombstone is carefully packed individually – optionally in protective film, design cardboard packaging, or a specially manufactured presentation box.
Do you also deliver internationally?
Yes. We supply customers worldwide – especially banks, law firms, and companies in Europe. Shipping is insured and worldwide via selected logistics partners.
What does a tombstone cost?
The price depends on size, design complexity, material thickness, and quantity. After a brief briefing, we will create an individual offer with a binding calculation.
Can I request several projects at the same time?
Of course. We regularly look after multi-part series for M&A transactions, award ceremonies, or employee programs – including project coordination and packaging.
How do you handle sensitive deal data?
Confidentiality is a matter of course. All project data and templates are treated discreetly and used exclusively for the respective production.
Can m2 dialog also manufacture awards or incentives?
Yes. In addition to financial tombstones, we also design awards, incentives, and employee honors – individual, high-quality, and in the style of your company.
Where are the tombstones manufactured?
Our products are created exclusively in Germany – partly in cooperation with specialized partners in other Western European countries. This guarantees the highest manufacturing quality, precision, and reliability.
